The object of the company is to provide all manner of IT services.

Client data, employee data, data from suppliers and, if applicable, from interested parties insofar as they fulfill the required purposes stated under point 4.

6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be communicated:
Official agencies upon presentation of overriding statutory provisions, external contractors in accordance with paragraph 11 of the BDSG, as well as external agencies and internal departments to fulfill the required purposes stated under point 4.

7. Standard time period for data deletion:
The legislature stipulates a variety of legal obligations and time periods for retaining data. Following the expiration of these periods the respective data will be routinely deleted. Any data not affected by this clause will be deleted when the purposes stated under point 4 cease to apply.

8. Planned data transmissions to third countries:
Personal data shall not be transmitted to third countries.
